Overview

TerranearPMC, LLC (TPMC) is a privately held small disadvantaged business (SDB) certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and an active participant in the SBA's 8(a) business development program. We received our 8(a) certification in July 2004 and will be involved in the program through July 2013.

Our business is focused on providing specialized, high quality, and competitive environmental remediation and compliance, radiological waste management, and engineering design and construction management services to government clients and select commercial markets. Our primary clients include the U.S. Government (federal agencies and laboratories/installations) and select commercial sector clients who value our experience and appreciate a personalized level of service.

Our highly skilled staff includes all of the key disciplines necessary to ensure complete satisfaction of each project's requirements and our client's needs. Each project team integrates the talents of a senior professional to further ensure project success.

Over 50 percent of our staff has advanced degrees, including four Ph.D. degrees. Over 30 percent of our staff has technical/professional certifications (e.g. Professional Engineers, Professional Geologists) and 15 years of Federal project experience on average, with emphasis on supporting the Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Defense (DoD).

TPMC is unique among 8(a) and small businesses because of our stellar 15 year track record of managing large, complex, high profile projects. Additionally, we deliver a demonstrated ability to successfully compete with the technical and managerial breadth of larger organizations working in the same sphere. Our capabilities and experience includes:

Program management systems for large contracts, including cost and schedule management systems, Quality Assurance (QA) programs, and Safety and Health programs for major Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts;
Execution of performance based and ID/IQ contracts;
Senior Program Managers with experience managing contracts in excess of $40M and encompassing every phase of an complex environmental remediation/restoration program;
In house capabilities in all engineering, science, and support disciplines (e.g., GIS, CAD, data management); and a
Proven track record in proving engineering design and construction management services to a diverse clientele including architects, contractors, developers, residential builders, and industrial, commercial, and directly to Federal clients.

Our management structure facilitates better command, control, communication, and decision-making by allowing program and project managers to be more responsive to clients and address challenges as they arise.
