Description:
TPMC is the U.S. Army's primary contractor for an installation-wide restoration program at this 22,000 acre BRAC installation. TPMC has been responsible for assisting the U.S. Army in development of a cleanup strategy and negotiating with the New Mexico Environmental Department (NMED). Our work has focused on technical justification for reducing the requirements proposed by NMED; cost-effective strategies for execution of the work; defining and reducing risk on lands to be transferred.
